Brake Parts

Our brake parts including brake pads, brake lining and brake roll, moulded brake rolls, flat sheet etc.

For brake pads, our materials including all kinds of semi-metal, regular non-asbestos and NAO formula, 

We have the complete work flow and procedure in our own plant, including powder mixing, glue mixing, back plate 

degrease, back plate blasting, cold pressing, hot pressing, heating treatment, grinding, cleaning, painting, mark printing 

and packing, and every procedure has a strict quality standard to make sure, that every piece product quality can

be assured. And by following the national standard for brake pads, our inspection report can meet the

required shearing strength inspection standard, the test result as below: 

1) Material friction coefficient: 100-250 ℃: 0.38-0.50; 300-350℃:0.34-0.26;

     Wearing rate: 100-350 ℃:0.13-0.18 (10-7 cm3/N M)

 2) Brake pads hardness 91.4-95.0 HRR;

 3) Brake pad shearing strength: no bearing area, friction particle sticker area over 95%;

 4) Brake pads density: 3.0 g/cm3;

For brake lining products, our application mainly for trucks and buses, Vehicles includes trucks types for Man, Bova, Volvo,

Mercedes Benz, Daf, Scania, Dennis, Renault Truck, Renault RVI, Kassbohrer, Premium, BPW, Lucas, Iveco EuroCargo, 

Iveco Daily, Iveco EuroStar, Iveco EuroTech, Nissan, etc. 

According to the new specification GB 5763-2088 National Specification for Automotive brake lining products, 

our inspection report as below:

1) Friction efficient: 100℃-250℃: 0.405-0.445 300℃: 0.382

2) Wearing rate:   100℃-250℃: 0.105-0.242 300℃: 0.233

3) Hardness:      61-66HRM

We also follow the standard to make sure our product can afford the required impact strength, which is usually

between 3.12-3.8DJ/cm2.

We also have moulded brake lining(rubber material) and woven brake lining(non-asbestos yarn material) avaliable.
